Chief Executive Officer
Mutaz Nabulsi

Mutaz H. Nabulsi, Ph.D is the CEO of Estarta Solutions read more .. – an ICT enabler and innovator that delivers Information Technology Outsourcing, Software Development as well as Intellectual Property and System Integration Services. Estarta Solutions was formed in 2002 through the merger of a US-focused outsourcing company, a Jordanian systems integrator and a strategic partnership with a multinational technology conglomerate. Mutaz has over twenty-five years of senior leadership experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technology Outsourcing fields with an emphasis on customer experience, strategic customer management, and the deployment of large technical outsourcing projects. Prior to joining Estarta, Mutaz held the following executive leaderships roles in Jordan and the United States:
•Director of Decision Support at Sprint-Nextel,
•Director of Outsourcing Operations at Sprint-Nextel,
•Co-founder and Managing Director at Customer Management Group
•Director of Customer Advocacy at Umniah,
•Chief Strategy Officer at Mobilera Middle East.
Mutaz also is a board member in the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j), and previously served on the board of advisors for the Economic and Finance Faculty at the University of Central Missouri. Mutaz received his PhD in Economics and Political Science from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Central Missouri, and a B.S. in Economics and Statistics from the University of Jordan.show less

Mr. Ahmad has participated in delivering e-payment integration and e-services projects both in Jordan and in the Gulf area.
